to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mb tacet universum and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the app, regardless of the theory of liability.
our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mb tacet universum and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.
we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. you may also terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app or contacting us.

these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the republic of lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of lithuania.
